Neighbors From Hell
by Bob Borzotta

Former Philadelphia Inquirer and Associated Press reporter Bob Borzotta spent a decade researching not only Who, What, When and Where, but the Why of modern-day neighbor disputes. Plagued by his own unruly neighbors, he set out to develop methods for correcting un-neighborly behavior in an anything-goes culture, fighting lonely battles with no help from police or other authorities, family or friends. The result is a rather quick read that delineates the issues, comments on popular movements against what he calls the "Good Neighbor Underclass," and outlines measures of Prevention, Diplomacy and Correction to ensure NFH-free living - or at least, as close as we can come to it these days.
