Neighbors From Hell takes a forensic look at today's neighbor disputes - from cultural shifts away from neighborly behavior to the legal and social systems that leave victims of bad neighbors with seemingly few options beyond moving away. Through examination of numerous real-life scenarios, it then analyzes the full range of neighbor wars to give those engaged in them a light at the end of an unending tunnel. Resolution does exist and it needn't involve packing up and trying a new community.
As a news reporter and communications consultant, author Robert Borzotta began writing Neighbors From Hell as a series of stories that seemed connected - all the same types of people were afflicting the same types of other people who lived above or below them, adjacent to or across the street from them. They did so with a bottomless bag of dirty tricks, joy in their hearts, and utter impunity from the law.
