Reporters and producers are invited to explore the Neighbors From Hell web site and its message board, but are barred from using the site or board to solicit guests in any programming relevant to neighbor disputes. Exceptions are made by the author on an individual basis.

Bob Borzotta does work directly with the media, and with over 1,000 people he has counseled online, and brings parties together in consulting arrangements between himself and the media, which are based on the assurance that a given project has aims outside of exploitation. Most people dealing with neighbor conflict are not seeking publicity, and Bob will never expose anyone from his database to irresponsible parties. He maintains relationships with numerous people with interesting stories to tell, who are interested in sharing them. Many are willing to be featured and offer an array of video and other evidence.
